IAA Mallory Cottage

Project Details: Thanks to a generous trustee, DGI transformed a small stone storage shed from the 1930s into a luxury lakeside hospitality cottage. Clever convertible design elements allow the cottage to serve as a gathering place for board members, or switch to comfortable sleeping accommodations for visiting artists or prospective families. DGI incorporated original elements, such as the natural lake stone wall, with hospitality-grade finishes and furnishings, to create a unique and enjoyable environment for faculty and guests.
